I am a clinical social worker with 10+ years of professional experience as a child, adolescent, group, and family psychotherapist. I have experience treating a variety of emotional and behavioral concerns, with a special interest in adolescent mental health and trauma.

I view therapy as a structure that can allow us to pause, pivot, or re-start in a way that can have lasting , meaningful, and positive impact on our lives. Kindness and humor are foundational in my therapy approach; I am confident, calm, and direct. I aim to provide a therapy relationship that is safe, supportive, and welcoming to all individuals and families, with a broader commitment to social justice.

I earned my Master's in Social Work (MSW) from Smith College School for Social Work. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker in Ohio with a Supervisor's designation (LISW-S). I love being in nature, especially in the American West, and I am a voracious reader.
