My approach begins with a deep respect for your autonomy and the stories that have shaped your life. Rooted in Narrative Therapy, I help couples, individuals, and families untangle from problem-saturated stories and reconnect with what feels meaningful and true.

Clients often describe me as calm and steady, with a creative presence that welcomes new possibilities. I offer a space where your values are centered, your experiences are honored, and real change can begin to take shape.

My clinical background includes a Master’s degree in Couple and Family Therapy from The Ohio State University, along with advanced Narrative training through the globally recognized Dulwich Centre. My undergraduate study in Sociology brings a systemic and socially aware lens that attends not only to your inner world, but also to the larger forces that influence it.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent several years as a filmmaker. This work taught me how stories shape us, limit us, and sometimes save us. That sensibility continues to guide me today. I collaborate with couples navigating conflict, disconnection, or rupture, and support individuals and families as they explore the narratives that influence their lives.

Whether you’re feeling stuck in recurring patterns or navigating a major life transition, this is an invitation to slow down, make sense of what’s unfolding, and get curious about a life that feels more true to you. Together, we’ll cultivate awareness and begin to reauthor a path forward that feels aligned with who you are and who you want to become.
